Rayanne Homestead is conveniently situated at the foot of The Porongurup Range National Park. The Porongurup Range is home to unique wildflowers and extraordinary birds and wildlife. The Stirling Range
The Stiriling Range National Park is just a stone's throw away from Rayanne Homestead. The Stirling Range is home to Bluff Knoll, the tallest peak for a over a thousand kilometres. Popular recreational activities in the park include bushwalking and gliding. The Stirling Range is one of the richest areas for Flora in the world, so don't miss the wildflower season.

Between Albany and Mt Barker, on the Albany Highway, be sure to call in at Mount Romance and discover the secrets of Sandalwood.

Rayanne Homestead is in the heart of the Great Southern region which is home to an abundance of fine wineries. The area has produced a number of extraordinary Rieslings, Plantagenet Wines and Windrush are just on our door step so you'll be able to enjoy our local wines, even on the briefest trip.

The Banksia Farm
The Banksia Farm's 5 hectares of well established display gardens were established in the late 1980's and are located just around the corner from Rayanne Homestead. The Banksia Farm is an interpretative retreat for tourists, wildflower enthusiasts and botanists. It provides a unique one-stop-shop for wildflower enthusiasts and tourists alike.

Old Gaol House Museum
The Old Gaol was built in 1851 as a convict hiring depot, a centre of cheap labour. It became a normal district gaol some twenty years later and is now a fascinating museum.
